Shuttles we've built

Everything here is our own work: the products, tools and games we've built in the Lab.

The Lab

Products we've built ourselves. They keep our skills current and our advice honest.

The PhysioFlex front-desk dashboard, with the patient booking screen on a phone, shown with demo data.

Clinic platform

PhysioFlex

A clinic platform for physiotherapy practices. Patients can book a first appointment online, and the front desk can manage appointments, patients and the clinic's website from one admin.

The Reel Studio dashboard: reels waiting for review, a setup checklist and a form to start a new reel.

Internal AI tool

Reel Studio

An internal tool for producing short-form video, built with AI coding agents. It picks the day's AI news, writes the script and renders the reel. Nothing is posted until a person approves it.

A browser game where you play the ghost of Wren Lane: five families, 19 nights, scare them all out. Proof that we care about the details people feel.

Multiplayer browser game

International Robo League

A combat robot game for the browser. Build your robot, then fight other players in 1 v 1 duels and 8-robot rumbles, with real-time physics and its own multiplayer server.

Puzzle game

Pixel Splat

A 3D puzzle game: paint pixel art with jelly paint blobs. Every level is solvable, and a colour-symbols mode keeps it playable for colour-blind players.
