Find the bottleneck. Build the shuttle.
A simple method, run with discipline.
The method
1. Find.
We sit with the people doing the work, look at the real data and trace where time and money leak.
You get: a one-page bottleneck map.
2. Shape.
We design the shuttle: what it does, what it touches, what data it needs, what can go wrong and how we'll measure success.
You get: a scope, a fixed price and a success metric.
3. Build.
We build in short cycles with a demo every week. You see working software within the first two weeks.
You get: a production system, documentation and training.
4. Run.
We put it into daily use, measure the hours it gives back and keep improving it.
You get: a monthly report in plain English.
Ways to work with us
| Engagement | Length | What you get | Pricing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bottleneck Sprint | 2 weeks | A bottleneck map, a working prototype of the first fix and a costed build plan | Fixed fee |
| Build | 4 to 12 weeks | A production system, documentation, handover and training | Fixed price per milestone |
| Run | Monthly | Monitoring, improvements and new automations | Monthly retainer |
We don't publish prices because every bottleneck is different. We always quote a fixed figure before work starts.
Principles
Start with the bottleneck, not the model.
The technology is chosen last.
Working software beats slides.
You'll see something real within two weeks.
Automate the passes. Keep the craft human.
People approve anything that needs judgement.
Measure it in hours returned.
If we can't measure it, we say so up front.
You own what we build.
Code and documentation become yours as each milestone is paid. Your data is always yours.
Plain English, always.
No jargon in updates, proposals or invoices.
What working with us feels like
- One senior point of contact from start to finish
- A shared channel for quick questions
- A demo every week
- Updates in plain English
- No surprise invoices
FAQ
What does Flyshuttl actually build?
AI platforms, agents, internal tools, data and intelligence platforms, MVPs and automations. If it removes a bottleneck and software can do it, we probably build it.
Do you only do AI?
AI is our core craft, but we use whatever works: plain software, automation, data engineering or a process change.
We're not sure what we need. Can we still talk?
Yes. Start with a 30-minute call. If the problem needs a closer look, that's what the Bottleneck Sprint is for.
How long does a build take?
We scope each build at 4 to 12 weeks. You'll see working software within the first two.
How do you price?
A fixed fee for Sprints and a fixed price per milestone for Builds.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, as each milestone is paid. Open-source parts keep their own licences.
Is our data safe?
We sign an NDA before discovery, keep data in your environment wherever possible, give access only to the people who need it, and never use your data to train public models.
What happens when AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. Low-confidence results go to a person, every action is logged, and we test against your real data before launch.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the job: Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-source models. We're not tied to any vendor.
Do you build websites?
Not as a standalone service. When a website is part of a product we're building, we build it.
Where are you based?
Mumbai. We take on work from teams across India and abroad.
