These terms apply when you use this website, flyshuttl.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
Flyshuttl is a brand of Pervinca Studio LLP, a limited liability partnership in India, based in Mumbai. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pervinca Studio LLP. “You” means anyone who uses this website. You can reach us at hello@flyshuttl.com.
The site is for information
This website tells you about Flyshuttl and how we work. It is for information only, and nothing on it is advice for your particular situation.
Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a promise to do work. Where the site describes typical engagement lengths and pricing, such as “4 to 12 weeks” or “fixed price per milestone”, it is describing what is typical. It is not offering them to you.
We set the scope, price and timeline of any work only in a separate written agreement that we both sign. Sending us the contact form or an email does not create an agreement for any work, and it does not oblige either of us to work together. If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement applies.
The hours calculator on our Companies page only multiplies the numbers you choose, and it starts with example numbers until you change them. Its result is not an estimate or a promise of what we can do for you.
Who owns the content
The site’s own text, design, illustrations and code belong to us, and so do the Flyshuttl name and logo. Names such as Claude, GPT and Gemini that appear on the site belong to their owners. Their appearance here does not mean that their owners endorse us.
You may:
- read the site and share links to any page
- print or save a copy of a page for your own reference
- quote short passages, as long as you credit Flyshuttl and link to the page
You may not:
- copy, republish, sell or adapt our text, design, illustrations or code beyond what is allowed above, without our written permission
- use the Flyshuttl name or logo, or suggest that we endorse you, without our written permission
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site
- use the site or the contact form to send spam, or to do anything unlawful or abusive
Using the site does not give you any other right or licence to use our content. If you would like to use something in a way these terms don’t allow, ask us at hello@flyshuttl.com.
Information you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data you send through the contact form or by email.
Please don’t send confidential information through the form or in a first email. Nothing you send us is covered by a confidentiality agreement unless we have both signed one.
Only send information you have the right to share, and please make sure it is accurate.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including a game we made, which is hosted at bitescraper.vercel.app. Linked sites are separate from this one, and these terms don’t cover them. We don’t control sites that others run, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. Where a linked site has its own terms or privacy policy, those apply there.
What we don’t promise
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. We don’t promise that it will always be available, that it is free of errors or viruses, or that everything on it is complete or up to date. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time.
Limits on our liability
As far as Indian law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from:
- using the site
- not being able to use the site
- relying on anything on the site
This includes loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, or any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit. Any work we do for you is covered by the signed agreement for that work, not by these terms.
Which law and courts apply
Indian law applies to these terms. Only the courts in Mumbai can decide disputes about the site or these terms. This does not affect any right you have to complain to the Data Protection Board of India about how we handle your personal data. If you have a concern, please email us first, so that we can try to resolve it.
If a court decides that any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when we last changed them. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
