Last updated 8 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it, who else handles it and what you can do about it. It is our notice under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. It is also our privacy policy under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
In short
- Apart from the standard request data that every website receives, we only get the personal data you choose to send us, through the contact form or by email.
- We use it to reply to you and to talk about whether and how we can help.
- We don’t use cookies or advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or rent your data.
- We delete an inquiry within 12 months of our last exchange, unless it becomes a project.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@flyshuttl.com.
Who we are
Flyshuttl is a brand of Pervinca Studio LLP, a limited liability partnership in India, based in Mumbai. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pervinca Studio LLP. “You” means anyone who uses this website or contacts us.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data this website collects. This means we decide why and how it is used, and we are responsible for it, including when a service provider handles it for us. You are the Data Principal: the person the data is about.
For anything to do with your personal data, including questions, requests, grievances and withdrawing your consent, email hello@flyshuttl.com. Messages to this address reach a person who can answer your questions about how we process your personal data. You can read this policy at any time at flyshuttl.com/privacy.
What the contact form collects
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Your role, if you give it
- Whether you are a startup, an established company or not sure
- What the bottleneck is
- Timeline, if you give it
- Budget range, if you give it
- How you heard about us, if you tell us
Your role, timeline, budget range and how you heard about us are optional, so you can leave them blank. We need the other details to understand your inquiry and reply to you.
The form also has a hidden spam-trap field. People never see it, and it collects nothing personal.
If you pressed the button on the hours calculator on our Companies page, the bottleneck box may already contain your numbers and the items you ticked. You can change or delete that text before you send the form.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal data, such as passwords, bank or card details, or health information. We don’t need it.
Other personal data we receive
- If you email us. This includes a message the form opens in your own email app when direct sending isn’t available. We receive your email address, the name shown on your email, what you write and anything you attach. We also receive the usual details that come with an email, such as when it was sent.
- As we talk. Our replies, and anything else you send us, become part of our record of the conversation.
- When you visit the site. Each time your browser asks the site for a page, our hosting provider receives standard request data: your IP address, your browser type, the page asked for and the time.
Why we use it
We use the personal data you send us, through the form or by email, to:
- read and reply to your inquiry
- discuss whether and how we can help
- prepare a proposal
- keep a record of our conversation
Our hosting provider processes request data to deliver the site to you and keep it secure.
We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We don’t add you to mailing lists, and we don’t use your personal data to train AI models. If your inquiry becomes a project, we also use your personal data for that work. Otherwise, we don’t use it for anything that is not listed here, unless the law requires us to.
Your consent and how to withdraw it
Sending the form is your choice. When you send it, you consent to us using the personal data in it for the purposes above. Just under the button you press to send it, the form says: “By sending this, you agree to our Privacy Policy.” If you email us directly, you are giving us your details so that we can reply, and we use them for the same purposes.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: send an email to hello@flyshuttl.com saying so. You don’t need to give a reason.
When you withdraw, we stop using the personal data you sent us and delete it, along with any copies our service providers hold for us. The only exception is anything the law requires us to keep.
Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew. It does mean we can’t carry on our conversation about your inquiry.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access. Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it. You can also ask who we have shared it with, and what we shared.
- Correction, completion and updating. Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or misleading, complete anything that is incomplete, or bring it up to date.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal data. We will, unless we still need it for work we are doing with you, or the law requires us to keep it.
- Grievances. Raise a grievance with us about how we have handled your personal data or a request, and get an answer.
- Nomination. Name someone to use these rights for you if you die, or if a physical or mental condition leaves you unable to use them yourself.
How to use your rights
Email hello@flyshuttl.com and tell us what you would like us to do. Please write from the email address you used, or tell us the name and email address you gave us. This helps us find your data and confirm that the request comes from you. If we can’t confirm who you are, we may ask for more information before we act.
To nominate someone, email us their name and email address. If they contact us later, we may ask for proof of who they are and of why they are acting for you.
We answer every request and grievance within one month of receiving it.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer
Please raise any grievance with us first. Indian law requires you to do this before you go to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the law lets it hear complaints. The Board takes complaints online.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries. We keep your inquiry, and our emails about it, while we are talking. Then we delete it within 12 months of our last exchange.
- Projects. If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep what the work and the law require.
If you withdraw your consent, we delete your data then, rather than at the end of that period. If you ask us to delete it, we do the same, unless we still need it for work we are doing with you. In every case, if the law requires us to keep something for longer, we keep only that, and only for as long as the law requires.
Who else handles your data
Two service providers handle personal data for us, as our Data Processors. We use each one only for the job described here.
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and receives the request data described above. When you send the form, this website’s server receives it and passes it straight to our email provider. The server does not keep a copy.
- Our email provider, which delivers your message to our mailbox and stores your inquiry and our conversation there.
If direct sending isn’t available, the form opens your own email app with the message ready. When you send it, it reaches us as an ordinary email. That email, like any email you send us directly, also passes through your own email provider.
We don’t share your personal data with anyone else, unless the law requires it, for example when a court or a government authority lawfully asks for it.
Data outside India
Our email provider and our hosting provider may store or process your personal data outside India. Indian law allows this, subject to any restrictions or conditions that the Government of India sets, and we will follow them. Wherever your data is processed, we remain responsible for it.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data:
- The site has no accounts, passwords or payments, and it does not keep a database of visitors.
- When the form sends your message directly, it uses an encrypted connection.
- We ask only for the details listed above, and you can leave the optional ones blank. We delete what you send us on the schedule above.
No website or mailbox can be made completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please don’t send us the form or email us. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children, and if we find that we have, we will delete it. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us at hello@flyshuttl.com.
Cookies, browser storage and analytics
We don’t use cookies or advertising trackers. If we measure visits, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.
Our fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, apart from Plausible’s counting script if we measure visits. When you read a page, no company receives data about your visit except our hosting provider and, if we measure visits, Plausible.
The site uses your browser’s storage in one case only. If you press the button on the hours calculator on our Companies page, your browser keeps your numbers and the items you ticked in this tab’s session storage. It keeps them there so they can be added to the contact form. Session storage is not a cookie. It stays in your browser, and your browser clears it when you close the tab. Nothing is sent to us unless you send the form.
Other sites
This policy covers this website only. Sites we link to, including the game we made at bitescraper.vercel.app, are separate, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when what the site does, or the law, changes. The date at the top of this page shows when we last changed it. If we want to use personal data you have already sent us for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
